A wee bit about Dawn Marie...
Aspiring author Dawn Marie Hamilton gave up a corporate training career to write what she's passionate about—romance.
Dawn Marie enjoys conducting research, which she believes gives a certain authenticity to her tales. She's especially enamored with everything Scottish. That’s why it’s not surprising Scotland is the setting—along with the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina—for GARDEN GATE, her time-travel romance series.
As a member of Clan Hamilton Society, Dawn Marie enjoys attending the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games and Gathering of the Scottish Clans, which take place near GARDEN GATE's fictitious town of Anderson Creek, North Carolina.
She's also a member of Romance Writers of America, New Jersey Romance Writers, Celtic Hearts Romance Writers, and most recently From the Heart Romance Writers. Dawn Marie lives in NJ with her husband.
